I own this shoe and use it for running only. I have run in this shoe in pavements, tarmac, trails, treadmills etc., and found it OK. The shoe was a 8 and I think as all adidas you need to go one size bigger. The shoe was not flexible initially and was stiff. After maybe 150 miles it became comfortable. What I like most, Has decent cushion. Very high mileage shoe must have ran more than 600+ miles. Even though shoe was smaller was in tact and still will guess can go some miles with good amount of tread and footage. Dislikes Narrow toe box, stiff and flexible. Not having a smooth transition. Bought it for 40 dollars in Deals and is any day better than a lot of shoes in that price range.
