ASICS Men's GT-2140 Running Shoe Review

I have owned two pairs of this shoe. I use it as my go-to shoe for walking around during the day. It looks good and the black tends to hide the normal wear and gray that seems to always happen to athletic shoes. I like the mesh design and can feel the breeze through my shoe - which is good since my feet get hot with walking. I am 5'11" and weigh about 170. The shoe is pretty good fit for me and my build. I don't think it would do as well for someone in the 210 and north weight range. The shoe design gives me good arch support which I need. I got a solid 8 months or so of use before I needed to replace it. The shoe does clean up nicely using the shoe cleaner from Foot Locker. That's the best athletic shoe cleaner I have ever found - and believe me I have tried a bunch of them out there. Never ran in this shoe.

Overall: a solid, good looking shoe with good arch support, comfortable, on the lighter weight side of shoes, probably best used by people under 210 (or so) in weight.
