Contouring sockline and center seaming adds soft, structural detail to the 15 inch pull-on shaft and 16 1/2 inch circumference cuffed, rear-split collar. We love surprises, so we were delighted with the unexpected treats of this boot. The suede upper is streamlined…or so we thought. Then we noticed the flap that folds down at the top of the shaft and that made us look at the back of the boot. We flipped out, we’re not gonna lie. The four buckles that run up the back of the shaft are a surprise detail and provide perfect contrast to the pared-down front. Surprise!
